The DC-A39 covers the communications bands up to 4200 MHz with 6 kV withstand DC voltage, and 100 Watts rf power. The primary application is static voltage suppression in series with leaky cable transmission lines in tunnel applications. HIgh static voltages are common and caused by moving trains that can cause damage to sensitive electronic communications equipment connected to the transmission lines.
